    Shipping Policy

    Where we ship

    We ship across the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway. For other regions, please contact support before ordering.

    Processing time

    Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are typically packed and dispatched the same day. Later orders or weekend orders ship the next working day.

    Delivery times

    • EU (most countries): 2–4 working days.
    • UK / Switzerland / Norway: 3–6 working days (customs clearance may add time).

    Cold chain

    Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs sized to the destination transit time.

    Tracking

    You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

    Customs & duties

    For non-EU destinations, you may be liable for local import duties or VAT. Inner Circle Labs cannot pre-pay these charges.

    Lost or damaged shipments

    If your package is damaged on arrival, please email support@innercirclelabs.net with photos within 48 hours. If a tracked shipment goes missing in transit, we'll open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement once the claim is acknowledged.
