Editorial & Medical Review Policy
Last updated: 23 May 2026
Inner Circle Labs publishes peptide protocols, dosing calculators, research summaries and product education. Because our readers make health decisions based on what we write, every piece of educational content on this site is held to the editorial standard set out below.
Who writes and reviews our content
Educational content is produced by the ICL Research Team and reviewed by the ICL Medical Team โ a working group of pharmacists, clinical researchers and regulatory specialists with hands-on experience in peptide pharmacology, GMP manufacturing and EU medical-device regulation. We use a team attribution today; named author bylines are added as individual specialists publish with us.
Sourcing standards
- Primary peer-reviewed literature (PubMed-indexed journals) is preferred over secondary commentary.
- Regulatory documents (EMA, FDA, MHRA) and manufacturer Instructions for Use (IFU) are used for dosing, stability and contraindication data.
- Each clinical claim is linked to its source in the References block on the page.
- Pre-print and anecdotal evidence is labelled as such and never used as the basis for a dosing recommendation.
Review cadence
- Every clinical or dosing page is reviewed at least every 12 months and re-stamped with the review date.
- Pages are reviewed sooner when new regulatory action, label changes or significant trial data are published.
- Significant edits trigger a fresh review and a new "Last reviewed" date.
Calculators & dosing tools
Reconstitution, unit-conversion, pen-click and titration calculators are built from published pharmacology and verified against manufacturer leaflets for reference pen strengths (Retatrutide 6/12/20/40 mg, Tirzepatide, Semaglutide). Formulas are shown on the page so any clinician or chemist can audit the math. Calculators are tools, not prescriptions.
Conflicts of interest
Inner Circle Labs sells research peptides. We disclose this clearly on every page. Educational content links to the source literature, not to our products, and our reviewers are instructed to flag content that reads as promotional rather than clinical.
Corrections
If you spot an error โ a wrong dose, an outdated citation, a misread study โ write to editorial@innercirclelabs.net. Verified corrections are published with a dated correction note on the affected page.
