Returns Policy

Cold-chain products

For safety and quality reasons, opened or unsealed temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned. This is standard practice for any peptide vendor — once the cold chain is broken outside our control, we cannot guarantee the product's integrity.

Sealed accessories

Sealed accessories (e.g. pen needles, BAC water) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original unopened packaging, for a full refund minus return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with the wrong items, contact us at support@innercirclelabs.net within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the return reaching our warehouse, or within 3 working days of an approved damage claim.

How to start a return

Email support@innercirclelabs.net with your order number and a brief description. Do not ship anything back before we confirm the return.
